How does paying cashless work?

1. Must I pay for the consumption card?
A R$5.00 fee will be charged at the first top-up or when you first use the app. You can keep the consumption card and use the same one during the festival`s second day (the fee will not be charged again), or you can return it. On return, the user can get a R$ 5.00 refund or a bottle of water.
2. How do I track consumption?
You can track the transactions made on your consumption card using the app or with the cashiers at the event.
3. When paying for the app, my credit card was charged $ 100! Why is that?
This is pre-authorization to validate your credit card. Any amount not used, under R$ 100, will automatically be refunded to your credit card within 7 days (depending on the card`s flag and/or issuing bank).
4. Do I need to have my cell phone at the event to use the automatic top-up?
No. Download the app and validate your credit card. When you arrive at the event, inform your ID to a cashier or ZigPay attendant and get your consumption card, which will be automatically linked to your ID. At the end of the event, the amount you used on the consumption card will automatically be charged to your credit card!
5. How do I use the consumption card without the app?
Register at the event, add a prepaid top-up (in cash, debit or credit card) and consume normally.
6. I lost my consumption card. What now?
Immediately find a cashier and block your consumption card, informing the ID registered to it. Request a new card and continue consuming normally - your balance is associated to the registered ID and will therefore be transferred to the new card.
